About iDENTified Paintless Dent Removal
iDENTified was established on 1st May 2002 and provided paintless dent removal to a customer base comprising of approximately 40-50 main and used car dealerships, and other motor industry establishments in Staffordshire on a regular routine basis, with call out work also catered to, for both trade and retail customers.
Prior to setting up the owner/proprietor, Jim (Thomas) served as an employee with Dentmaster/Dent Wizard for 5 years where he received comprehensive tuition at both beginner and advanced levels. He served as both an area and holiday cover technician and operated in a retail repair centre, before setting up and establishing iDENTified PDR, with Paintless Dent Removal Training also added and available to candidates from all over the world.
In December 2013 the first franchise was setup, operated by Danny Evans, expanding and extending the coverage of the brand across the Staffordshire borders into neighbouring counties – South Derbyshire and North West Midlands. Then, during the torrid year, of 2020, we added our second franchise, with Paul Irving coming on board, bolstering our numbers in Staffordshire and West Midlands with the view to push out towards Shropshire.
OUR HOURS WHILST FLEXIBLE, DUE TO THE NATURE OF RUNNING A MOBILE SERVICE OPERATION FOR REPAIRS, ARE ESSENTIALLY MON-FRI 08.30/17.30HRS.

Repairs can be carried out at home, work address or by appointment at iDENTified PDR premises at a fraction of the cost of a bodyshop repair. No special arrangements for space or power supply are required, so long as the car doors can be opened and the technician can gain access to the affected area.
TRADE
Providing dent removal to motor trade customers is both convenient and saves time and can in fact offer an additional source of profitability for some departments at the dealership/organisation .
TRAINING
Provision of introductory, initial and intermediate tuition, on exclusive ‘one on one’ basis, with follow on Glue Pulling and ‘live environment’ on the road coaching, as stand alone for your own fulfilment or as part of your FRANCHISE package and development.

Danny, having completed his 2 week Basic & Intermediate training and a month of intensive 'on the road' instruction has now conducted his business franchise since 2013 becoming well established, but continues to develop both his skill level and customer base in turn, and has also become iDENTified as a key member of the team.
Danny being the first, iDENTified have now recruited their second operative, welcoming Paul to the ranks. Having gone through the same programme as Danny, Paul is now in his early years period, out operating in Staffordshire and continually looking to add new customers, and extend the coverage, to our expanding client base.
